Yeah, sorry about this.
Been super busy, crap, I forgot to check when it was I last posted...
Well, if I repeat myself, oh well.
Been writing a novel, it's over 50% done, and when I publish it, I will let you all know and I expect you all to buy it.
I actually do have a few more pages of CoR, just, scanner to computer connection isn't working for some reason. I'll figure it out eventually.
Also, just recently, I've decided to start an Invader Zim based fan comic series, type thing. It's not like... About Zim and GIR, but it's kind of that universe in the far future. It's actually pretty cool. And yes, it features MY IZ fan character that I've had for years... hence, my freaking username.
Let's see, what else to say.
Going to college online, working on my Bachelor's in Creative Writing with a focus on Screenwriting...
Don't know if I already said that. Like I said, OH WELL.
Moved up to Washington.. Did I mention that since last time? Sorry, again, oh well.
Anyways, I will upload stuff as soon as I can... I guess.
AND I will try to be on here more, for those of you that actually care or will even notice.
Hope all is well with you guys!
Smell ya' later! (Just kidding, I don't know where you are, and on top of that, I really don't want to smell anyone.)
Buh-bye!
Working Hard, or Hardly Working?
So, I recently uploaded my Corruption of Roy reboot's first episode. I'm between continuing it or dropping it, and putting all my focus on my next idea, so if you guys want more CoR, make sure to fav a page, go like the FB page, or give me a watch so I know you're into it. My next idea is a comic called "Chastity". It's going to be another slice-of-life, dramedy, about a celibate sex demon, who falls in love with a woman, and resents his international porn star father. Aside from basic drama and romance tropes, I plan to use it to explore and discuss themes like sexuality, gender, sex work, consent, and more. I'll upload my first page soon to see how people respond to it. Admittedly I'll probably work on both, but whichever one more people seem into will probably get priority treatment. I'm a mom of two, so life stays pretty busy, and I don't have too much time to spend on extra things (aka my hobbies and interests), but if someone else was enjoying my work, it would definitely
We don't talk anymore...
Not that anyone particularly cares though.
But, talking to the void that is the internet, since my last journal update in 2015, I've moved, bounced around a few schools, and had a baby. Not really much else interesting in my life. However, I have a few projects I want to take on in my free time. Though, with school, and a newborn, I hardly feel like I have any time to myself that isn't put into cleaning or sleeping.
I have an idea for an animated series, as well as a desire to turn my book idea into a comic. However, I lack confidence in my artistic ability, and would very much like a partner that wants a little project on the side. I don't
Holy Sh!t
I haven't typed a word to my DA Journal since April 2014, what the heck?
I'm actually not surprised, I've been really busy, and distracted, but focused- just on other things.
BUT, luckily I was recently encouraged by someone ~TaylorEarthsHero (https://www.deviantart.com/taylorearthshero) , which is really all I need in life, so I decided it's about time I revisited DA and uploaded some garbage.
I mean, that encouragement and a rearranging of furniture so that uploading art didn't feel like a banishment from the outside world into a cave of despair and loneliness, got me back on.
I know, no one was waiting for me... Anxiously anticipating my arrival.... BUT, I don't do this for
You Never Post ANYTHING!
I know, I'm so so sorry!
For the last (almost) two years I've been writing a book, and it's finally done!
Now, the pain in the ass is getting it published, right?
So, if I could build a fan base, or just a general interest, it would look good for publishers and make them a little more, "ok we'll give it a shot."
So, here's a little bit about my book:
Charade is a book about a hopelessly romantic super hero (Antonio Diaz Vega), a narcissistic super villain (John White) and a tenacious, yet conflicted woman (Felicity Black). It takes place in Haven Bay, a fictional Californian town, in 1999.
